E.E. Myers - The Forgotten Architect
Barb Thumudo of the Michigan State Capitol Tour Service program on the Elijah E. Myers, the architect of the Michigan State Capitol & Howell Carnegie Library & Capitols across the nation, including Texas & Colorado. His most significant Michigan buildings include Detroit's 1884 Harper Hospital, the 1888 Grand Rapids City Hall, the 1875 Calhoun County Courthouse, and the 1879 Pontiac Asylum. Use Clinton Street entrance.
